Yes, the course material is based on empirical evidence from physiology, neurobiology and psychology.


Do I get practical tools to work with?

Yes, the course provides practical tools that improve sleep, day-time recovery, nutrition, general movement and fitness.

How long will the course take?

The course contains practical exercises to support your learning experience. Depending on how much time and reflection you put into the exercises, the course will take you between 5 and 8 hours.

Will the course help me with work stress?

Yes you learn practices that can be used in and out of work. For example you learn practices that lower stress and help you become more present for important work meetings. You learn how to improve your ability to concentrate on your most important work. You learn simple recharge techniques that can be used in between meetings and at the end of the day before you finish work.
