Professional athletes practice their entire careers to perfect the performance of their sport. No matter how good they get, they continue to practice knowing it enables them to be at their best when they need to.
Work has a profound impact on our lives. It forms our personal and professional development, our financial possibilities, our relationships and networks, the experiences we get, and for some, our identity. Nevertheless, we do very little to practice and perfect how we work. Traditional learning and development only focus on what we do, not how we do it.
We believe the key to significantly improving performance and wellbeing is to improve how you work. It’s making sure you have time and energy for life.
That is why we are on a mission to help people continuously improve how they work.

Empathy can be described as the capacity to understand or feel what another person is experiencing. Essentially, it is the capacity to place oneself in another’s position.
